According to a doctor based in Beverly Hills, a good nose sets the canvas for the entire face. The doctor, who is also a clinical instructor of cosmetic surgery at the University of Southern California, said, “A well-performed nose job has no external scars and is indistinguishable even to a trained plastic surgeon.”

So if you're thinking of having a nose job, it's very important that your new nose look like the real thing, as if you never had surgery.

A source, who remains unnamed, looked at unretouched photos of celebrities and gave a no-holds barred critique on celebrity rhinoplasty.

First, he commented on the best celebrity rhinoplasty and here's what he had to say:

Looking at Yasmine Bleethe's photo, the source said that she has “a very feminineand beautiful nose on an over-all beautiful face.” He commented that it looks like her nose is the nose she was born with. However, he was wrong with his assumption then Yasmine Bleethe had a very good nose job.

Next up was Sharon Stone's photo. Sharon Stone, according to the source, has a “super nose.” He said that if it was the real thing or if Stone had celebrity rhinoplasty, there isn't a thing he would change on her nose.

Halle Berry's nose, according to the source, appears to have been trimmed down, much like that of Demi Moore's. Some plastic surgeons tend to over-Caucasianize ethnic noses. Fortunately for Halle Berry, she had a very good plastic surgeon. The source said that Berry's nose enhances her natural beauty.
